Our goal is to make this an enjoyable process to help you get the desired outcome. 

Process

1.
Idea stage

Lets get started on making your dream space a reality with some custom features. To make the process smooth and enjoyable please bring along these 4 elements: your style, needs, budget and measurements. This will help us in the design process find something that will suit you and your needs. So take some time looking at Pinterest, and thinking through what it is you want. If you need any guidance here just ask as we have lots of experience and are more than happy to help. Once you you have these 4 element in place let’s meet up to discuss your project.

2.
Meet up

We can either meet onsite or at my workshop to discuss your project. The goal is to find out what the need is and style one is hoping for, within your budget.  We can go through the wide variety of materials, and oils to help you get the look you want, and draw up a few sketches together to find something that fits you.

3.
Drawings/Quote

After our first meet up I will finalise the drawings, and quotes and send them over to you for either approval or changes. If there is something you would like different please speak up as we really want to get it right for you. If you are not happy we will go back to the drawing board until we come to a resolution you are satisfied with.

4. 
Approval and Build

Once the drawings and quotes are approved we will give you a timeframe and get started. We will need a 50% deposit upon approval. When we are at half way point you are welcome to drop by and have a look at your Custom features. Once installed or delivered we will send you the final bill, upon which we believe you will be happy to pay as we have achieved what you desired.
